Webassessor, Pearson VUE Registration, and Account Management
1. How do I create a Webassessor/Pearson VUE account?
Create a Webassessor account
Visit www.webassessor/talend
Click on Create New Account from the menu at the top of the screen
Complete all fields accurately, and use your legal full name as it will appear on your certificate/s.
If you are a Qlik partner, select Partner using the status drop down box and use your work email address. If you are a Qlik employee, select employee using the Status drop down box and use your Qlik email address.
Ensure you add correct address information as this will be used to set your time zone which is used to schedule your exams
Create a Pearson VUE account
Complete all fields accurately, and use your legal full name as it will appear on your certificate/s.
If you are a Qlik Partner, your Pearson VUE account MUST contain the email address used with your Qlik login ID, your full name, and company name. This ensures your certifications will be linked to your company for the Qlik Partner Program requirements.
2. How do I change/set a new password?
You can change/reset your Webassessor password using the link in the Webassessor and/or Pearson VUE Welcome email or by selecting Change Password at the top of the Webassessor page. In Pearson VUE, use the the Forgot Password option to the right of the screen.
3. How can I update my account information?
Webassessor
Log in to your account and select Edit Profile. The Username and Legal Name (first and last) fields are locked, contact our Customer Support team via our Support Hub at https://community.qlik.com/t5/Support/ct-p/qlikSupport to change these fields. Alternatively, send your query to customersupport@qlik.com. Remember to state the name of the exam in the subject line and add as much detail as possible in the body of your email so your query can be directed to the right person.
Pearson VUE
Log into your account and select My Profile from the menu on the left of the screen. Click Edit in the following screen to make your changes.
